This K‑Styler Subscription and Refund Policy (the "Subscription Policy") sets out the rules applied to the use of the Services and System as defined in the Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement"). It is published by Zenith Labs Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (the "Company", "we", "us").
1.1 This Subscription Policy is applicable and interpreted in line with the Agreement. Definitions in the Agreement apply here. The latest Agreement is available at the Terms of Service.
1.2 The Company may modify or update this Subscription Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services/System after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the most updated version.
1.3 This is the latest version of the Subscription & Refund Policy.
1.4 By agreeing to the Agreement, You automatically agree to this Subscription Policy.
1.5 If You disagree with this Subscription Policy in any way, You must not use, or must immediately cease using, the Services and System.
2.1 Subscription model. Most of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. When You purchase, You select a specific plan from the options presented at checkout.
2.1.1 Plan options may include different pricing and term variations, discounts, and limited-time offers. You must review the options and make sure You understand the applicable prices, discount conditions, and Your obligations in full before ordering.
2.1.2 By selecting a plan, You agree to be bound by its terms and pricing.
2.1.3 Your chosen plan is identified in Your purchase confirmation (the order summary at checkout and the confirmation email You receive) and is visible in the System.
2.2 Initial Phase and Regular Phase.
2.2.1 Plans typically include an initial period at a reduced (discounted) price — the "Initial Phase".
2.2.2 After the Initial Phase, the regular (full, non-discounted) price applies — the "Regular Phase".
2.2.3 If no Initial Phase applies, the period is a Regular Phase.
2.2.4 Example: the plans currently offered are 4‑week, 8‑week, and 16‑week subscriptions. If You choose an 8‑week plan with a reduced Initial Phase price, You are charged the reduced price for the first 8 weeks, and thereafter the regular price for each following 8‑week period until You cancel.
2.3 Auto-renewal. After the Initial Phase, Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period for a further period of the same length, at the then-current Regular Phase price, charged to Your selected payment method. The number of renewals is unlimited until You cancel.
2.4 Billing. You are billed for the next period after the current period ends, unless You cancel beforehand. The exact calendar day may shift for payment failures or if the scheduled day is a non-working day in Hong Kong. If a payment fails for reasons on Your side (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), the Company may automatically attempt to reprocess the payment (no more than six times within a two-month period).
2.5 Currency. Prices are charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
2.6 Plan details. Subscription periods and prices are shown when You select a plan at checkout. You must read the plan description before ordering.
2.7 Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (which may include Stripe, PayPal, and Airwallex, via our checkout provider Web2Wave). The Company does not store full card numbers.
3.1 You can cancel Your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team by emailing hello@mykstyler.com.
3.2 Cancellation notice. To stop the next charge, You must cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the next billing period. If You cancel later than that, You will be charged for the upcoming period, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid period. You retain access until the end of the period You have paid for.
3.3 Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (if applicable) must be managed and cancelled via Your account settings on those platforms.
3.4 Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself entitle You to a refund of amounts already paid, except as set out in Section 4.
4.1 No refunds. Except as set out below, subscription fees are non-refundable and no refunds are issued for any paid subscription period. You may be eligible for a refund only in the following circumstances:
4.1.1 Company's fault — where the Services were not provided due to the Company's fault;
4.1.2 Promotional terms — where a refund was offered as part of a specific promotion, on the terms of that promotion;
4.1.3 Exceptional cases — where, in the Company's sole discretion, a refund request is motivated, reasonable, fair, and warranted by the circumstances; and
4.1.4 Mandatory law — where a refund is required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law.
4.2 To request a refund, contact us at hello@mykstyler.com with Your order details. Approved refunds are returned to Your original payment method within a reasonable period.
4.3 Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5.1 The English-language version of this Subscription Policy prevails over any translation.
5.2 Any update takes effect when published on the System. By using the Services, You agree to be bound by the updated version.
