These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Zenith Labs Limited (“Zenith Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the KStyler website at mykstyler.com, the application at app.mykstyler.com, and related features, content, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read Section 12 (Limitation of liability) carefully — it limits our liability to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
KStyler provides personal colour and body-type analysis and related styling suggestions, based on a method developed with a Korean-trained image consultant and delivered through our proprietary styling engine. The Service is provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Our Report and recommendations are guidance, not professional, medical, psychological, or financial advice, and individual results and preferences will vary. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions about what to wear or buy.
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@mykstyler.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Some parts of the Service may require payment. If you buy a subscription or one-time purchase, you agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise:
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor's terms.
If you obtain the application through a third-party app store or platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), your use is also subject to that platform's terms, and any purchase made through the platform is processed and managed by it (including billing, renewals, and refunds, which are subject to the platform's policies). Where required by the platform, it is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit Your Content, that it depicts you (or that you have the necessary permission of any person depicted), and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or any law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software, styling engine, and the “KStyler” name and logo, is owned by Zenith Labs Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any styling recommendation will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenith Labs Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenith Labs Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your Content, or your violation of any rights of a third party or any applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the licences granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8–13, 15, and 16) will continue to apply.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Zenith Labs agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence or your right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
